Barrow Sentinel

This story was published in Volume 5 Issue 2 of Worldbuilding Magazine. 

"Barrow Sentinel" began as an experiment in the use of colors and poetic elements, like assonance and rhythm, in a short story. It grew into a cautionary tale told by a weary hero, one in which magic and ritual isn't the answer to all hauntings.
